Takeshi Tamada - Oriental Fantastic Orchestra

YO!!! Has anyone out there ever heard of this joint? It's NUTS!!! Koto breakbeats on top of Japanese arrangements. Superb!!! I got this copy many years ago from Japan in solid mint condition. Needless to say, the recording reflects that. Crazy!!! To be honest.  I'm not gonna run my waffle about this LP any longer. Just peep the sound clip and download the record. Thanks for tuning in folks ;)

  5. Hey there, thanks so much for uploading this gem. Was looking for that rip a couple of years now )I never could efford the real LP). Well: I'll need some help with it though.

When I tried to include the album-folder into my digital catalog (updating the metatags etc., since you named the tracks "needs translation" ) I found out that you kind of "messed" up the tracks. There are obviously 8 songs on the vinyl (see the backcover or discogs). The rip has a total of 14 tracks.

Well, I guess I figured out for the B side, since you just cropped the third track into three parts. On Side A though it is way more complicated. What I mean is: If I I follow the order of your recorded files, the supposed total times of the songs is completly messed up. And since it is impossible to find prelistening files online, it seems impossible to figure out wich one is song 1, song 2, and so on.

Actually I have no idea how you could help me without having too much work yourself. It is kind of a rude question but maybe you can check your rip again and tell us what might be wrong? Would be highly appreciated.

Thanks for the hard work. Greetings from Germany.

  6. I found the same problems and did some research. I copied the names from some other site by matching the approximate song times with those in the archive. It might not be perfect, but since I can't read the Japanese, hey, it's good enough for me. :) I've saved the track info to a text file and made it available here for a finite amount of time:

  10. Hi Marsellus! I'm from SoundCloud. I love your Mix!
I'm Japanese, but I didn't know about this disk. Thank you for your sharing!
So I compared it with the information of Discogs, but think that Tr02 and Tr03 are probably the same music. And track list is as follows.

(Suite Nihonkai: Tsugaru Jonkara Nagare-bushi)

  11. I love anything with Terauchi on it. Check out my podcast if you dig some wild and obscure Japanese vinyl stuff: It's called MYSTERY CUTS RADIO
